Born in Ukraine, Raised in Rochester, and educated in Buffalo, I bring a unique perspective to every challenge.

Fitness, sport, and mindset have shaped who I am. I created Alius Fitness as I strive to authentically give back, sharing what I’ve learned to help others transform their lives and realize their fullest potential.

Alius (feminine alia, neuter aliud) is a Latin adjective meaning "different".

Alius Fitness was never meant to be an alternative version of what already exists. It was built to stand apart - a different philosophy, a different standard, a different mentality.

Alius Fitness is for those that dare to dream, for those that dare to go for what they want, for those that dare to be different.

Inspired by Ancient Roman culture and Stoic philosophy, Alius Fitness was created not only as a brand, but as a way of thinking. A commitment to discipline over comfort, substance over appearance, and intentional action in all areas of life.
